Treatment decisions

Treatment is available only after a licensed provider reviews your health information. A provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate, and no prescription is guaranteed. Services are offered only in states where our providers are licensed.

Emergencies

This site is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Booking and patient services

Appointments, intake forms and the patient portal run on Jane. Your use of them is covered by Jane’s terms of use and privacy policy.
