velahealth.live is an information site. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information through it.

Booking, intake and your records are on Jane

When you book an appointment, complete an intake, or log in to your patient portal, you leave this site and go to Vela’s Jane portal. Jane is the practice-management platform we use. Any information you give there, including health information, is collected and protected under Jane’s privacy policy and the health-privacy obligations that apply to your care.

Hosting

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use these details to identify you.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other sites, such as the FDA. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
